M2I fully understands the importance of privacy and the protection of personal data in the digital era and is committed to ensure an adequate level of data protection for all persons with whom M2i has dealings.

1. IDENTITY AND CONTACT DETAILS OF THE RESPONSIBLE PERSON

2. PURPOSE OF CUSTOMER'S PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

4. DURATION OF CONSERVATION OF PERSONAL DATA

 

We will retain your Personal Data for no longer than necessary. In accordance with the provisions of the regulations in force, the data processed by the company responsible for the M2I Group Site are kept for limited periods and in particular for the duration necessary for the management of the commercial relationship.

5. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA

 

Due to the organization of the M2I Group, the Customer authorizes the company responsible for the M2I Group Site to transfer, store and process its information, between the various companies of the M2I Group.

 

By using the Site, the Customer consents to the transfer of his personal data to the other companies of the M2I Group.

 

Due to the organization of the activity of the company responsible for the M2I Group Site, the Customer authorizes the Site to transfer, store and process its information in any other country outside the European Union.

 

The laws in force in this country may differ from the laws applicable in the Customer's place of residence, within the European Union. By using the Site, the Customer consents to the transfer of his personal data to any other country outside the European Union.
