M2I fully understands the importance of privacy and the protection of personal data in the digital era and is committed to ensure an adequate level of data protection for all persons with whom M2i has dealings.
This Global Privacy & Data Protection Policy (“Policy”) describes M2I’s global practices to ensure an adequate protection of personal data, i.e. any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, for all data processing carried out in the framework of its business and activities (“Personal Data”) including when browsing the website http://www.m2i- lifesciences.com (hereinafter the "Site")
As such, the capitalized terms have the same definition as that given to them in the GTC.
The M2i Group builds strong and lasting relationships with its Clients, based on mutual trust: ensuring the security and confidentiality of the personal data of its Customers is a top priority.
M2i Group complies with all the French and European regulations and laws relating to the protection of Personal Data.
1. IDENTITY AND CONTACT DETAILS OF THE RESPONSIBLE PERSON
Legal reminder: the person in charge of the Personal Data is the person who determines the ways and the purposes of the Personal Data management. The subcontractor is a processing person of the Personal Data for the person in charge of the Personal Data management. He acts under the authority of the person in charge of the Personal Data management and on instruction of this one.

2. PURPOSE OF CUSTOMER'S PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
2.1 The use of the Site and / or making making an order may entail the collection and processing of the Personal Data of the Customers, made in compliance with the regulations in force and in particular the law n°78-17 modified of January 6 1978 amended relating to data, files and freedoms and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016.
2.2 This processing of Personal Data has been the subject of a priori declaration to the Comission Nationale Informatique et Libertés (CNIL).

3. NATURE OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED
Personal Data information processed by the company responsible for the M2I Group Site in connection with the use of the Site is strictly confidential.
These data are those provided directly by the Customer under the conditions described by the GSC, namely: the name, surname, email address, postal address, telephone number and credit card number of the Customer, data of connection, use, location and payment data. This data must be provided for making an Order.
The connection data (IP address, date and time of connection, page consulted) may be collected for statistical purposes to estimate the number of visitors to the Site.
4. DURATION OF CONSERVATION OF PERSONAL DATA
We will retain your Personal Data for no longer than necessary. In accordance with the provisions of the regulations in force, the data processed by the company responsible for the M2I Group Site are kept for limited periods and in particular for the duration necessary for the management of the commercial relationship.
However, for the purpose of resolving conflicts, preventing fraud, abuse and / or applying the GSC, some data may be subject to an interim archiving policy for a duration not exceeding the duration necessary for the purposes for which they are stored, in accordance with the provisions in force.
In the event that Customer data is used for commercial prospecting purposes, this data may be retained for a period of three (3) years from the end of the business relationship.
In general, the company responsible for the M2I Group Site will keep the personal data of the Clients only as long as necessary for the aforementioned purposes or within the limits prescribed by law. At the end of these periods, the personal data of the Clients will be deleted.
5. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA
Due to the organization of the M2I Group, the Customer authorizes the company responsible for the M2I Group Site to transfer, store and process its information, between the various companies of the M2I Group.
By using the Site, the Customer consents to the transfer of his personal data to the other companies of the M2I Group.
Due to the organization of the activity of the company responsible for the M2I Group Site, the Customer authorizes the Site to transfer, store and process its information in any other country outside the European Union.
The laws in force in this country may differ from the laws applicable in the Customer's place of residence, within the European Union. By using the Site, the Customer consents to the transfer of his personal data to any other country outside the European Union.
The Site remains responsible for personal data that is shared with third parties in the context, including Privacy Shield, or any other shield of data protection between the European Union and countries outside the European Union, relating to the collection, the use and retention of personal data transferred from the European Union.
In case of conflict with the terms of this clause, the provisions of this clause will prevail.

7. CUSTOMERS RIGHTS
It is recalled that the M2I Group does not freely dispose of the personal data of its Customers.
